Positive: Hospitality the owner was very polite prior to my stay and replied promptly. Negative: Open loft hatch in bedroom with rope hanging out absolutely traumatising after loosing my brother and niece to suicide in couldn't sleep in the bedroom.

Ok for price Positive: Booked last minute so grateful to find anything with parking Negative: Bathroom smells terrible. Couch is stained all over. Electric heaters take a long time to heat up apartment. Shower had mould. To close front door you need to bang it to shut. Parking is few minutes walk away and not easy to find. Noisy apartment block constant doors banging and can hear people coming in every night at weekend and some shouting and arguing. Quilt quality very thin and poor quality. Cheap ish

A bit over priced compared to other places in Hull and I’ve stayed at a few. Negative: Smell from drains in bathroom. Heater not working in living area. Needs more cutlery (only one fork)

Very, Very good Positive: Clean, well located and straightforward checking in and out. Negative: Shower would not adjust (way too hot and couldn't turn it down).

Centrally located apartment Positive: Location, size of the living area, kitchen facilities Negative: Check in and check out was not quite easy - got instructions later than I needed. Free parking was not easy to use - 1st night I had to check in before I got access to a permit & keys, 2d night could not squeeze between a large Range rover and a pillar, 3d night I finally parked, but I then regretted I did it as I had to return later in the day after I checked out. Better check in & check out instructions received before arrival and departure would be helpful.
