Positive: Sehr günstige, zentrale Lage. Ruhig im Hof. Sehr schnelle Reaktion der Vermieter bei Anfragen und Problemen. Schnelle Reparaturen. Negative: Durchschnittliche Sauberkeit. Teilweise deutliche Abnutzungsspuren an Ausstattung und Mobiliar. Smart-TV leider nur im Schlafzimmer und nicht im Wohnzimmer. Leider keine Mülltrennung möglich. Am Komfort fehlten Spülmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Nur kleinerTrocknerständer vorhanden.
